By using farmhousecafetexas.com or any Farmhouse Cafe service — online orders, catering inquiries, pie orders, text marketing, or the loyalty program — you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the site or our services.
The Farmhouse Cafe website and its content (logo, photos, copy, menus, and pricing) are for personal, non-commercial use. Don’t republish, sell, or scrape our content without written permission. Pricing, menu items, and hours are subject to change without notice.
Online food and drink orders are placed through our ordering partner, ReddyOrder. Payment processing, order accuracy, refunds, and delivery logistics for online orders are governed by ReddyOrder’s own terms and privacy policy, not ours. We receive your order from ReddyOrder and prepare it in good faith. If something goes wrong with a ReddyOrder payment or checkout, contact ReddyOrder directly, or call us at (936) 435-1450 and we’ll help however we can.
a. Online orders (ReddyOrder). Cancellations, refunds, and returns for online orders are handled directly through ReddyOrder, under its own cancellation and refund policy. We’re glad to help by phone, but ReddyOrder — not Farmhouse Cafe — processes the actual refund or cancellation.
b. Catering. Payment conditions and cancellation terms will be communicated when your booking is confirmed.
Farmhouse Cafe does not operate its own delivery fleet. Delivery for online food orders, where available, is provided through ReddyOrder or third-party delivery apps (DoorDash, Uber Eats, and similar). Delivery zones, fees, and estimated times are set by those platforms, not by us, and delivery may add service fees or adjust menu prices.
Submitting a catering inquiry through our website is not a booking. Bookings are confirmed only after we reply with a written quote and you sign off (email reply is fine). Catering minimums, lead time, deposit, and cancellation terms are stated in your written quote — see Section 4 above for our general cancellation policy.
Membership in the Farmhouse Cafe loyalty program is free. Points are earned at 10 points per $1 spent (in-store and on direct pickup orders only; third-party delivery does not earn points). Points and reward tiers may change at our discretion. We will post any changes on this page and notify enrolled members by email when changes take effect.
a. Eligibility. By signing up for the Farmhouse Cafe loyalty program, you affirm that you are at least 18 years of age, or that you have obtained parental consent if you are below the age of 18.
b. Sign-up process. To enroll, provide a valid email address. By signing up, you agree to receive marketing emails, promotions, and updates from us.
c. Membership. Membership is free of charge and remains valid until terminated by either party in accordance with these terms.
d. Personal information. By signing up, you consent to the collection, use, and storage of your personal information in accordance with our Privacy Policy.
e. Email frequency. We send marketing emails, promotions, and updates periodically. You can manage your email preferences or unsubscribe at any time using the link in any email.
f. Rewards and benefits. Rewards and benefits are subject to change at our discretion and may vary based on engagement and purchase history.
g. Termination. We reserve the right to terminate your membership at any time, for any reason, without prior notice. You may also terminate your membership at any time by unsubscribing from our emails.
h. Modification of terms. We may modify these terms at any time. Changes take effect immediately on posting at this URL or upon email notification to you.

a. Marketing texts (ReddyOrder). If you opt in through ReddyOrder — at checkout or when creating a ReddyOrder account — you’ll receive promotional text messages from Farmhouse Cafe about specials, new menu items, and offers. Opt-in for SMS marketing happens entirely inside ReddyOrder; we do not collect SMS marketing consent directly through our own site or forms. Message frequency varies. Message and data rates may apply. Reply STOP to any message to unsubscribe, or HELP for help. Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages. SMS marketing is additionally governed by ReddyOrder’s own terms and privacy policy.
b. Order and pickup texts. Separately, if you give us your phone number on a catering form, we may text or call you to confirm details. These are transactional messages about your specific order, not marketing, and don’t require the ReddyOrder opt-in described above.
We use Yelp for reservation inquiries. Yelp’s terms apply to any reservation request made through that platform. We are not responsible for Yelp service availability or pricing changes.
The site and our services are provided “as is” without warranty of any kind. To the maximum extent permitted by law, we disclaim all warranties, express or implied. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the site or our services.
We may modify these terms at any time. Modifications take effect when posted on this page. The “Last updated” date at the top of this page reflects the most recent change.
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Texas, USA. Any dispute will be venued in Walker County, Texas. If any provision is found unenforceable, the remaining provisions remain in effect.
