This policy describes what information we collect through this website and our ordering and text-marketing partners, how we use it, and your choices.
a. Contact & order details. When you fill out a form on this site (catering inquiry, loyalty sign-up, pie order), we collect the information you enter — typically name, phone number, email address, event details, and food preferences. Required fields are marked on each form. We use this to respond to you and fulfill your request.
b. Loyalty program data. When you join our loyalty program, we collect your name, email, phone, your marketing opt-in choice, and your purchase history once you start earning points, so we can manage your account and rewards.
c. Online ordering & text-marketing data (ReddyOrder). If you order online or opt in to text marketing through ReddyOrder, ReddyOrder collects your order and contact details directly and shares the account and order information we need to fulfill your order and run our promotions. This data is primarily governed by ReddyOrder’s own privacy policy.
d. Analytics. We use website analytics tools to understand how visitors use the site — pages viewed, click events, device type, approximate geographic region. This data is aggregated and does not personally identify you.

We do not buy personal information from data brokers or third-party lists.
You can block or delete cookies in your browser settings. Essential cookies are required for forms on this site to work correctly.
We keep personal information only as long as we need it to provide our services, maintain business and tax records, and meet legal obligations. Loyalty program data is kept while your account is active and for a reasonable period after. Form submissions (catering, pie orders) are kept long enough to fulfill your request and for our own recordkeeping, then are periodically deleted. If you’d like your information removed sooner, email us and we’ll do so unless we’re legally required to keep it.

We do not sell your personal information to anyone. We do not share it with outside marketers beyond the service providers listed above and the loyalty and text-marketing programs you’ve opted into.

If you are a California resident, you have the right to know what categories of personal information we’ve collected about you, to request deletion or correction of that information, to opt out of the sale or sharing of personal information (note: we do not sell or share personal information for cross-context behavioral advertising), and to not be discriminated against for exercising these rights. We only send marketing emails to people who have opted in (typically by signing up for the loyalty program with the “I agree to receive emails” box checked). Every marketing email includes an unsubscribe link. You can also email us at farmhousecafe@me.com to be removed manually.
If you’ve opted in to text marketing through ReddyOrder, you can opt out at any time by replying STOP to any message, or by updating your preferences inside ReddyOrder. We don’t manage SMS opt-in or opt-out directly, since enrollment happens on ReddyOrder’s platform — see Section 9 of our Terms of Service for details.
Parts of your experience with Farmhouse Cafe happen on services we don’t control: ReddyOrder (online ordering and text marketing), Yelp (reservations), and our social media pages. Their privacy practices are governed by their own policies, not this one. We encourage you to review those policies before sharing information with them.
We use HTTPS (TLS) on all pages and forms. Form submissions are protected by Cloudflare Turnstile (a bot-prevention service that does not present CAPTCHA images). Our service providers, including ReddyOrder, maintain their own security programs. No system is 100% secure; we will notify affected users of any material breach as required by law.
Our site is not directed at children under 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children. If you believe a child has submitted information through our forms, email us and we will delete it.
Our processors may store data outside Texas. By using the site or our ordering and text-marketing partners, you consent to your information being processed in the United States and other jurisdictions where our processors operate.
We may update this policy. Material changes will be reflected in the “Last updated” date at the top of this page and, for loyalty program members, communicated by email. Continued use of the site after a change means you accept the updated policy.
